Dr. Kivistö, a Fulbright scholar from Finland, was a CHAE Fellow in 2009. While at Michigan State University, Dr. Kivistö conducted research in international doctoral program development and assisted the Center for Higher and Adult Education in developing a cooperatively taught, international comparative higher education policy course with Professor Fairweather, giving HALE graduate students a unique perspective.
